- Fancy Nkuhi - Secretary General
- Fancy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from the Open University of Tanzania, has a strong desire to achieve, she thinks, plans and acts with the "I can attitude". She is positive and enthusiastic regardless of how others act. She has the ability to find something good in every person and every situation. She has determination and believes success depends on what you can get out of you. As the Secretary General of the organization, She loves exposing herself to new experiences for she knows that is how growth occurs.
She delegates responsibilities to members of the organization in such a good manner to create motivation and enthusiasm. Maintenance of the highest standards of honesty and integrity is also one of her traits. Fancy as the team leader she insists on excellence and holds the rest of the staff accountable for any task allocated to any of them.
When it comes to implementing organizational tasks she builds team cohesiveness and pride, and she is available and visible to her staff when needed. In maximizing her leadership potential, she delegates responsibilities, lets the team members do it their way and never reclaims the tasks at the first sign of things aren’t going well. Hence lets the team members express themselves creatively within the parameters of their job.

- Fazal Issa - Organizational Development Officer
- Fazal currently pursuing Masters of Science in Human Resources Management (MSc. HRM) at Mzumbe University. He joined UNA Tanzania, as an Organisational Development Officer, after graduated from University of Dar es Salaam with Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology (BA in PS&SO - Hons), specialized in Public Administration.
Fazal is Honest, Analytical, Versatile, Hard-working, Self-committed and Motivated person, and is skilled in Management, Lobbying and Advocacy, Fundraising, Climatic Change Adaptation, Facilitation, as well as Project Design, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Reporting

- Reynald Raymond - MDGs Officer
- REYNALD RAYMOND graduated from the University of Dar e s salaam with an LL.B (Hons) currently works with UNA as Project Officer in the Millennium Development Goals Awareness Campaign (MDGs) since May 2011.
An enthusiastic, self motivated, assertive individual, He believes that building a better society is the work of everyone from presidents of great nations to individuals, because every little bit counts.
“Through my work with UNA-Tanzania I am able to play part in contributing to bring that change in our society because development of a society is a collective effort of leaders, civil society and the people through making good policies and implementing them. Seeing that more people are aware of global development issues inspires me, especially the youth movements, because I know we are heading for a brighter future.” Reynald

- Irene Johnson Shoo - IT Officer
- Irene has a Bachelors degree in Information and Technology from Greenwich University under the Institute for Information Technology (IIT) she works at United Nation Association of Tanzania as IT Officer.
Irene is a straightforward person who uses her sound judgment to make good decisions at the right time. When it comes to Information and Technology Imaginativeness is an asset which she possesses in that, she makes timely and appropriate changes in her thinking, plans, and methods. She shows creativity by thinking of new and better goals, ideas, and solutions to problems hence enhances her innovative ability.
As an IT officer she has control in the pursuit of the organization goals. In situations where most individuals would be simply distracted or dejected, she has disciplined her mind to keep focus and steady regardless of the situation.

- Diana Latson - IT Officer
- Diana as an Information Technology Officer is a forward-looking person she sets goals and has visions of the future which are owned throughout the organization. As an effective IT officer she envisions what the team wants and how to get it and this leads to the team habitually picking priorities stemming from their basic values.
She takes charge when necessary and displays confidence in all that she does concerning her duties by showing endurance in mental, physical, and spiritual stamina, and acts as a source of inspiration to others to reach for new heights.
She has the perseverance to accomplish a goal, regardless of the seemingly insurmountable obstacles especially when it comes to Information and Technology and displays a confident calmness when under stress.

- Jane Muthoki Mumina - MDGs Officer
- Jane Muthoki Mumina holds a Bachelor of Laws with (Hons.) from University of Dar es Salaam, she is an ambitious, self motivated individual with strong affinity for success and working for the United Nations Association as a Millennium Development Goals Officer, the job provides fresh challenges and rewards which she strongly believes will nurture her into a fully equipped humanitarian lawyer she wants to be.
She needs very little outsourced motivation, because she has strong natural drive and takes pride in her work. She wants to be successful in everything she does and will not settle for second best. She is an excellent communicator, with fluency in terms of reading both English and Swahili languages; she is also acquainted with French language but at a basic level.
In her free time, she enjoys meeting new people, watching movies, documentaries and reading a lot (novels, magazines, newspapers, journals and any other form of literature) to widen her scope of thinking, keep her informed and entertained as well.

- Agatha Minde - Administrator
- Agatha as an administrator possesses intuitive personal characteristics, learned professional and technical skills that enable her to perform her roles to satisfy the objectives and expectations of United Nations Association of Tanzania.
As an administrator, she understands, and is able to relate to the organizations' immediate and longer term priorities. She has the capacity to successfully synthesize the staff, supporting staffs, the organizations technology and facilities into a well organized and effectively and efficiently managed operation.
She is an innovative administrator and willing to question the status quo, so as to suggest alternative approaches, within the organizations culture, for enhancing productivity and charitable progress.
She has the appropriate balance of intelligence and common sense that enable the staff to communicate effectively with the each other, and can weigh the potential benefits to be derived by implementing policies and procedures which may affect the operations of the organization.
Agatha as a capable administrator, can resolve most administrative problems with minimal guidance from the Secretary General or members of executive committees, and communicate the results of their work, rather than seeking advice about how to do it.

- Hussein Mmasi - Accountant
- Hussein as an Accountant he oversees all the United Nations Association of Tanzania financial affairs, including framing of budgets adherence to effective internal and international financial controls.
As a team player he is approachable and has the ability to share with and consults the team to develop and manage comprehensive logical frameworks, and work plan for successful delivery of results and ensure excellence in program implementation.
He possesses assertive personal characteristics and ability to adopt readily to changes and this enables him to perform his role to satisfy the objectives and expectations of the organization.
